Does anyone know how I can play an MP3 file on my Sonos amp via Nodered?

Did you had a look at one of the available Sonos nodes?

yes, but I didn't find something...

are you running NR in docker or some other form of virtual environment? If so, to be able to detect, NR needs to be in the "host" network, not in any form of a bridge network.

If you use node-red-contrib-sonos-plus (node) - Node-RED you will find good examples and documentation helping you.
