Sorry, I see you have already done that. For me it seems that Discourse doesn't always show new posts as quickly as it should.
by default wiring pi uses this table - http://wiringpi.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/gpio1.png
which shows what they call gpio 3 is actually pin 15
