I am using 3.6.2 also
Your flow works just fine. 10:00 and 3600000 display.
I am using chrome browser.
Either try a different browser or try steve's suggestion.

strange, already checked with 4 different browser same issue.
my be depend from nodejs version ? i'm using 18.19.0
