I am trying to send whatsapp messages via twilio sandbox . Is there any node to do the same? I have configured my sandbox account but not able to integrate it with node red.

Did you go to the Flows tab here on the forum and enter Twilio in the search?
Did you try doing a google search 'node-red twill' by any chance?
Just some suggestions. I've never used Twilio so I can't help you more than those suggestions but that should be a starting point for you.
I did but all of it talks about of sms and not whatsapp. I was able to send whatsapp messages via excel vba , so was wondering if the same could be done with node - red. Probably some nodes that would execute "post".
