Uibuilder: v2.0.3 published. Minor updates

uibuilder v2.0.3 just published with minor updates.

  • UPDATE bootstrap-vue has been updated to v2.0.1 from the dev version. Check out the bootstrap-vue changelog because there are a few breaking changes. (NB: those breaking changes have actually been in uibuilder since v2.0.0, apologies for not pointing them out earlier).

  • UPDATE Fix formatting of links in the config panel in readiness for Node-RED v1.0

  • UPDATE Add workaround for npm packages that don't define a main entrypoint. Fixes Issue #67. Previously uibuilder couldn't find these and so ignored them. Now it can find them. npm really is horrible in some areas!
