Can someone confirm that discovering local devices does not work with the Echo Spot?

I tried alexa-local and alexa-home-skill - the setup works but the Spot does not discover my devices.

I saw that the alexa-local documentation explicitly says that the Spot was not compatible:

* Echo Show, Echo Spot, Sonos One do not have the capability to discovery devices locally

Did someone get the Spot to work with Node-RED ?
