I have finished the node, this node was requested by a guy over at Fiverr, and I want to thank anyone that was a part of the discussion.
If anyone wants to contribute to this project (there are some small node.status errors) clone it from Github
Also, anyone who wants to use it I also suggest reading the README.MD to set up everything correctly.
I haven`t tested the node between microphone and speaker, I would be really happy if it would work 
The node is used for (de)coding text to audio , so it is realy old technology that i think someone could use it in some home/enterprise projects.
