[Announce] node-red-contrib-Thinger.io

After a few weeks of testing and improving the integration of Thinger.io Open-source IoT Platform with Node-RED by means of few nodes, that allows few useful tools such as work with platform devices data in real-time, and trigger events, we are happy to announce that our contribution to this amazing framework is ready. More information is available in both platforms documentation:

This integration is very useful since it allows using all the platform's functionalities, such as managing devices or creating dashboards in a scalable way, along with all the versatility of the Node-RED flows, which can be used as a rules engine.

To further improve and simplify this integration, we have also developed the possibility of deploying the Node-RED server within the IoT platform instance, so that they run on the same host. This is probably one of the best ways to host a Node-RED in the cloud today, and also one of the most economical.

Please let me know if you find this information useful, and I will create other topics explaining the capacities in detail and some nice use cases that I have made during our tests

Best regards!
