[Article] Out of Scope: Projects beyond Node-REDs intended use-case

Hi There!

I wrote another article, this time about the projects I've implemented with Node-RED but which definitely go beyond the intended scope of Node-RED.

The intention is to highlight Node-REDs flexibility and communicativeness to potential users but also to point out that Node-RED need not only be used for IoT applications.

I know I keep going on about this but I still haven't got any IoT devices nor lights that I can control! :wink:

Hope the article gives others some ideas and inspiration to get creative with Node-RED!
