Openweathermap?
I know nothing of the weather in Sydney, but I was trying to get unusually severe wind and rain data for Western Jamaica during the passage of Hurricane Melissa to test my weather display.
OWM was giving me Overcast, 25 mph and ~2mm rain per hour.
I'm getting doubtful of the quality of it's predictions.
