Background color and border not applied to page

I want to create a page where there groups are not visible, everything is on a white background. I set the Page background, group background and outline to all white:

But I still get a grey background and also a group border:

Did I miss something, or this is a bug?

Hmmm, I would expect that to be all white, as per your own expectations.

Full deploy do the trick?
