Base64 to decimal converter on node-red

pleas esomebody help me … I need convert data receivd to decimal and print it on a debug

Is this OPC data by any chance? Or is it serialized output from a specific hardware device or sensor? Please provide some raw data we can look at, as well as what you would expect the converted output to be.
