Buffer string characters come out weird

Buffer string characters come out weird.
The code looks like this and it comes out weird in the debug window.
The numbers come out fine... If I press the buffer as a string, it comes out as follows.
Any solution?
For reference, I am setting the Raspberry Pi in Korean, and I set the encoding to utf-8.

What do you expect the four binary values that represent the number to appear as if you tell it to display it as a string?
