Can node-Red program Oculus VR

I have no idea about VR or how it works, but want to know if I can start something in VR with Node-Red.

Short answer: no

Longer answer: It might need possible to use Node-RED as part of a much larger solution, e.g. to do some event handling triggered by MQTT messages from say a Unity/Unreal environment by this would require a lot of other work.
