Can´t install Nodes, when node-red runs as a service (WIN10+nssm)

I´m running Node-Red with the help of nssm as a Windows Service.
I can´t install new nodes from the palette manager while running it as a service.
If i start node-red over the command-line it works.

Could you please help me?

Software Information:
Node-Red Version v1.3.5
Nodejs Version v12.22.3
nssm 2.24-101
Windows Server 2019

Thank you in advance!

Can you explain what you mean by 'can't' here? Do you not get the option to? Do you get an error?

If you can be more specific about what you are experiencing, we'll be able to help.

Thank you for your quick reply!

I can open the palette manger and when i click on install the confirmation dialogue opens.
When i confirm the installation, the progress bar is shown in the palette manager.
It runs a very long time and ends with the screen as before. Finally the node was not installed.

Here you can see the process.

Does the server / user account running node-red have internet access?

What does the logs show (while installing you should get a link to the log or look for under the hamburger menu for logs)

Thank you for the hint!
The user and the server had no internet access. In the command line there was a proxy connection configured.

Thank you for your help!
