We are trying to fetch data from serial device which is connected in COM3 port as RS232. We are able to get data from serial device. But, once in a while it returning NULL values or not returning anything. Is there any solution for this?
impossible to tell without understanding the type of data being sent and the settings of your nodes or seeing your flow.
You could always discard the msg if payload is empty!
