Commodity API for stock data?

I realize this is OFF TOPIC but I have been looking for a while and can't find anything.

I use to use the (FREE) Commodities-Api to retrieve the real-time stock price of Gold, Silver, WTI Crude Oil, Brent Crude Oil, Natural Gas. Now I am only using this for display on our Scada Homepage
and I only made the call 4 times daily.

They have stopped their FREE version and I can't find a replacement, is anybody using another means to get this type of DATA? There seems to be several that offer a FREE version but it only shows data that is somewhere around a week old.

I know beggers can't be choos'e but I thought I would ask.

Not used it in a while but does Yahoo finance have anything ?
