I'm not sure what help we can provide with just a screenshot and no information about what you are trying to do.
The first question to ask is - are you running a broker? Node-RED doesn't include one.

im just running node red and i got this message (i m trying to connect esp8266 to rpi pi3)
So you are trying to connect to a broker running on the same machine as Node-RED - but you aren't running a broker, so it cannot connect.
