Control stepper motor

Is there a way to control a stepper motor connected to my raspberry pi with node red?

What I would like to do is set it up so that I know how many steps it takes to make a 1/2 revolution. Then I would make a slider where say 10 is the half revolution and 5 is 90 degrees. Then using the slider I could move it back and forth between the starting point and the half rotation

Start by searching the node-red flows site for stepper and see if anything there is useful.
