CRC16/IBM generation for frame

I am trying to generate a CRC16/IBM validation for a message confirmation.
Message is an hexa string :
I must consider only from 0C to last 01 ie. 0C010500000007676574696E666F01
And I must discover the CRC16 checksum 00004312.

I tried a lot of search with differents topic on google, I never manage to recover the good CRC16 check.

Do you have any idea on how to perform this CRC ?

I found this link and tried to make it run but I did not add the "make buffer" function so i found different values... I am not confortable with data formats sorry...
