Creating flows and connections via (function-)node

Hello dear NodeRED community,

first of all, i'm excited about the software and this forum where people help each other where they can. If my question does not belong in this category, please bring it to my attention.

Is it possible with a node (in the best case with the function node) to create new flow pages and to fill and link them with his already installed nodes?

The goal of my attempt is an automated creation of flows based on a certain database and data input for process optimizations.

I heard that it is somehow possible to get these desired functions with the help of the NodeRED Admin API?

Did someone used it before for the described purpose above?
