after this message, sometimes Deploy button detect changes on my flows trying to add new flows and nodes

I think you have been infected by a bitcoin miner.

If you are exposing Node-RED on the internet you REALLY need to secure it properly.
The docs: https://nodered.org/docs/security explain how to secure the editor.
