Dashboard 2 sidebar lock has no tooltip

The tiniest niggle:

When you hover over a dashboard page in the sidebar there are 5 icons. The first 4 have tooltips ("Edit", "Layout Editor", "Add Group" & "Hide")
The fifth icon - a padlock - has no tooltip.
Similarly for this icon when hovering over a group.
