Dashboard request for ui_form to have type "time picker"

Hi @dceejay,

Thanks for an easy to use dashboard, would like to ask the following:

The ui_text_input has a mode "time picker" that allows a time to be selected. Would like to have this same "time picker" functionality option under the type in the ui_form please.
