Deployment confirmation popup

Hello
I tried google but didn't find anything useful.
Not sure how others, but for me those banners popping up every time I deploy changes are annoying. Especially because the time they cover flow selectors (tabs) which slows me down.

is there any option to shorten this time? Or maybe change the location of this popup?

You can click the notification to dismiss it immediately.

Also I'm pretty sure it has been shrunk in the latest release 1.3.5.
