on my Mac I can use Zoom with the Cmd key held down to zoom at the mouse pointer. I guess it may be Ctrl on other platforms.... Of course it zooms the whole page not just the edit workspace.

That's a Mac thing that I've (for example) had turned off .. [Screenshot 2026-02-26 at 05.23.15] But that smoothness and centredness should be exactly what NR does :wink:

ctrl+zoom is not usable... the closer you zoom, the tinier the editor frame gets. alt+zoom also not usable for the aforementioned reasons. The only option is to engage squint mode. (¬_¬ )
