Error adding flows Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'substring')

On startup, I'm seeing this message on the dashboard and no flows are showing / loading:

I suppose the first question to ask, have you made any changes recently, or has this event unexpectedly presented it's itself?

Is your Node RED accessible to the internet?
