Hi Hicham, Can you explain a bit more, you have a spreadsheet, and you'd like to load data from it and display it in a dashboard? Do you need to just read the file, or edit/save to it as well? This is the third topic in only a couple weeks where inputting data in excel, then reading it in node-red (preferably without having to save the file). Where google spreadsheets offers a kind of real time display/editing, Excel is not suitable for it.

It certainly does look like a college exercise. I'll provide some clues as to how i would attempt this... Create a HTTP endpoint in node red that will receive data & populate the dashboard controls In Excel, Using VBA, create a couple of macros... That receives a value & POSTs it to the node red…
