What do you mean by trying to extract a dashboard to PDF? Are you trying to capture the data? If you are trying to take a snapshot how a dashboard looks there isn't a built-in feature that I am aware of that will solve this problem through Node-RED, but a dashboard can be sent to pdf through most browsers' print function. Let me know what you are trying to accomplish or automate.
