HELP : IBM cloud lite : Node red app not available in "cloud foundry apps" after Deployed

Help, I 'm using IBM Cloud lite to deploy node red but after i deployed it ,it didn't appear in "cloud foundry apps " in " Resource List " after long time of waiting.
