Help with split node and html page info

I have a web page from a device that returns a page like thus

I'm trying to get the two lines of info where it says light 1 light off and XXXX count.
Setup a split node with the /n and I get this

which sort of, kind of, almost gets me where I need to be.....
except how do I sort out which msg contains the data I want?

Instead of using the split node, use the html node and type p in the selector field.
Do you get the same output ?

Didn't even know that node existed, have to look more carefully,
