I am new to nodered and couldn't find tutorials or documentations anywhere, can someone please guide me

What do you mean ? There is a large button on the top of this website: "documentation"

Also check the flows link. Then use your favourite search engine and you will find many tutorials and videos. You can even use ChatGPT to help create flows!

There are many videos on youtube and other video providers.

I recommend watching this playlist: Node-RED Essentials. The videos are done by the developers of node-red. They're nice & short and to the point. You will understand a whole lot more in about 1 hour. A small investment for a lot of gain.

Are you simply trying to learn Node-RED (and HTTP Requests in particular) OR are you actually Developing a New contrib node for users to install?
