How to capture a live photo with mobile/webcam camera while chatting in Telegram bot and send it to bot?

Hello All,

I have been searching over forums to automate an option eg: /take_picture on Telegram bot. Which starts mobile's/Webcam(laptop)'s camera ON and takes photo automatically(like banks doing for video KYC etc these days), once photo is taken its sent to Telegram bot.

I have been searching in here forums and looked into couple of threads eg: From webcam image to file [for Telegram bot] AND Taking a picture and sending it via telegram but not getting much help from them.
