Hi,
I moved my first steps using node-red on beagle bone black trying to control the gpios and playing with flows.
Now I want to try to execute a script calling it via node-red. I tried to search info on the web but i found nothing; any advice?

Have a look at the Exec node - that can be used to run any command on the underlying system.
