How to match last saved file with inject data

I have a recorded files on external disk or somewhere

My goals is listing laste recorded file shown on dashboard with matched input data.

So i have two data;

Recorded file ftom Thermal camera triggered by self and input data is BAR ID

I want monitoring data like below picture
