How to split msg.payload array data

I'm try to extract the data from the [10 ...14] '12' and '13' as shown in the picture. I'm very new to Node-red , so someone help will be very much appreciated.

As mentioned earlier by ukmoose, right-click the field in the debug window to determine the path (and optionally work with it elsewhere).
