Aside from the question... Why? Have you searched this forum first? I did after seeing your question (hint: I used two words prominently displayed in your post 
) and after a few minutes of reading I even found an example flow (actually a few different ones, often depending on how/where you run NR). And a few ways to restart Node-Red itself, which accomplishes the same thing.
