How to watch a Payload - Response when change

Hi there,
i'd like to get a response when a payload change to another (not known).

In my case i´d like to send me a pushover Message when i get a new public IP adress ... is there a node to watch if there something change and send a "alert" message ?
Actually i can read my public IPV4 adress, but i want to get a second output if something change.

Have a look at the RBE node, it will pass the message when it's changed.
