Hey I am new to Node-Red so forgive me if this question is stupid

I want to create a flow that returns to the first tab after 10 seconds from the second tab, but I don't have enough knowledge.

Take a look at the ui_control node in the Dashboard category as it will probably do what you want.

Something along these lines might help to get you started.
