Hello, I have a problem with the trackers that I can't explain. Here it is the tracker gps001. As soon as the vehicle is stationary it sends -1 for the longitude and latitude. Then of course the marker on the map is gone. Why is that?
no - idea - what is the GPS / thing that is sending them ? - can you not check some other parameter and filter out anything that sends -1,-1 (unless you are really at sea near those co-ordinates... )
It is a ITalks MCS1608 V2 Tracer.
As you can see in the picture... at 9.31 arrival the coordinates are ok. The vehicle is in the parking lotis at 09.32 and the debug outputs lat: -1 and lng: -1. We continue our journey at 9.38 and the coordinates are ok again. At -1 the marker also disappears from the card
without hunting down the manual, it is possible -1, -1
could simply mean "unchanged" or perhaps something else.(RTM)
You could use that to your advantage (i.e. change icon to indicate vehicle is static)
Alternatively, just discard any values where lat/lon are both -1 - you can achieve that with a switch node or function node.
