Installation Error "RollbackFailedOptional"

Hi Guys,

I am new to NODE-RED. I am trying to install on my windows and getting the following error.

C:\Users\Administrator>npm install -g --unsafe-perm node-red
[..................] / rollbackFailedOptional: verb npm-session d7722200b73ffa4

Can any one guide me or any suggestion ?

What version of Windows?
What version of nodejs?
And what version of npm?

Hi,

My windows details are as below.
Windows 7 Ultimate
64 BIT OS.

Node -v is v8.11.3
npm -v is v5.6.0

Have you googled that error? There are lots of results and suggestions already out there for that error - it would save us typing out the same answers here.
