Is there a Clock node?

I would like my Google Mini's to announce the time at the top of the hour and the bottom of the hour. Kind of like a clock gong. (I would only turn this on when I'm working at home).

Seems like it would be pretty simple, but I don't see an elegant way to do this. I'm just not seeing a clock node of any kind. I see lots of timers that will turn things on/off multiple times a day but that isn't very elegant having 48 entries (every 30 minutes). Is there an easier way? What am I missing?

The inject node - set to interval between times - 30 mins - will report at :00 mins and :30 mins
