Make the help panel a palette panel

It would be great if nodes could be dragged onto the workspace directly from the help panel. This would allow to hide the palette and just use the sidebar giving more space for the flow itself. Furthermore the help for a node would be directly visible.

Maybe the help could then optionally be grouped by category instead of by package name which would make the help panel a full blown palette panel.
