How can I connect a Mopeka pro propane sensor to Node-red running on a Rpi4?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
What model of sensor
A quick glance at some make me think these are propriety so might not be an easy solution

CLASS I, ZONE 2, GROUP IIA
Maybe worth having a play around with this to see if you can get at the data
