I guess now you have clarified that it was done via JSON.stringfy, I dont suppose it does. However, I was unsure if it was ACE+Formatting related so had a punt. No new thread required. Thanks for answering.

@T0T4R4 so returning to the OP :-). What is the use case for a python template ? I guess it would work if it was 100% python but adding moustache syntax variables to it would probably break the highlighting anyway. Would this not be a problem ?

I am storing python scripts within the flow (NR interface is used as a single point of edition for my automation stack, which is build on a variety of scripting languages python, VB, node...)
Dumping them on the disk on flow start.
Running them with an exec node.
I would love moustache to work but if it is not, well... not a problem for now.
