Probably nothing too unusual here. I recently posted a flow about my heating/hot water flow, and then found this thread - so thought I'd post a screenshot.
This is one screen from my multi-screen node-red dashboard, showing some of the graphs and gauges I use.
also here is a picture of one of my 3D printed touch screen devices that are esp32 based and have BME280 temp/humidity sensors and a pir in them. I have multi-page options on the touch screen devices, so I can see eg solar production, or get a page of option toggles. They're dotted around the house and send data back to the mqtt server.
