Name information of generated subflows get lost when running nodered as docker container

Name information of generated subflows get lost when running Node-red as docker container.
subflow name is not displaying in the palette. Find the below image

Node-red Version: 2.1.4
Node Version: 14.8.2

Have you tried this with node-red 2.2.2?

Can you show us the content of the subflow & how you "installed" it?
