the module does not have the node-red keyword in its package.json - that is a requirement in order to get it listed on flows.nodered.org - https://nodered.org/docs/creating-nodes/packaging#packagejson
That said, we are also seeing some issues with the npm search index not updating - that is out of our control. So even once you have updated your module to have the keyword in it, it may still take a while to get listed.
