I've not done it because I'm not interested in running Windows Core when Linux is smaller and more capable in my view
However:
No question. Unfortunately, I sometimes need Windows-only applications for work. Since I refuse to buy (and carry around) additional hardware, they run on my Mac laptop. Virtualization of ARM64 Windows on the new M1 Macs seems to be happening, so even if Microsoft or Apple tries to get in the way, I hope to have an upgrade path in the near future.
