Node-RED 4.1.4 is now available.

This includes a dependency update for a security issue related to the tar module, as well as some other fixes. Again, lots of community contributions that we're very thankful for.

After updating to version 4.1.4, I wonder if overriding the next tag was intentional. Since that update, the latest beta 5 no longer installs from the next command.

@Aaqu well spotted. Now fixed - @next points to the beta.
